At RootHug, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. We strive to provide high-quality self-care products you can trust. To ensure hygiene and well-being for all our customers, we follow a strict return and refund policy as outlined below:


🔁 Returns – Hygiene First

Due to the personal nature of our products (such as hair care, skincare, and self-care tools), we do not accept returns if the product has been opened or used, even once. This is to prevent any risk of cross-contamination or transmission of infections or skin issues to other customers.


✅ Accepted Return Conditions

We only accept returns if:

  • The product was damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered

  • The product is unopened, and the seal is completely intact

  • A clear unboxing video is shared before opening the seal, as proof

Without an unboxing video, we are unable to validate your claim.


🎥 How to Submit a Return Request

  1. Take a full unboxing video showing the sealed package before opening.

  2. Ensure the video clearly shows any damage, if present.

  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


🚫 Refunds

Refunds will only be processed if the return is approved and the product meets the above conditions. If approved:

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  • It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.


❗ Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind or dislike after use.

  • Items returned without prior approval or without video proof will not be eligible for refunds.

  • Refunds are not applicable once the product is used or seal broken.
